FAQ:
1: Why can't solar power produce 100W when charging devices ?
A: As you know, solar panels are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of the sunlight and the angle of exposure. 100W is the number tested in an ideal lab. Please try testing your solar panel in full sunlight and make sure no shadows are cast on the panel. (USB output and DC output are not the same. DC output is the only way to get maximum power, USB will limit the output and is used to protect your electronic devices such as phones, tablets, etc.)
2: How do I protect and clean the surface of the solar panel ?
A: Do not scratch the surface of the panel with sharp objects. Please use a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt from the surface. Wipe the surface of the solar panel with a damp cloth to remove any remaining dust or dirt. to avoid degrading the performance.
3: Are the solar panels waterproof?
A: We are manufactured in accordance with IP65 waterproof design to prevent water splashing (please do not continuously put it in the rain, or submerge it in water). Please NOTE: The junction box is not waterproof and please keep it dry.
